Small Cabled Purse

Materials: 1 skein Reynolds Blizzard
Size 15 straight needles
Cable hook/needle
Crochet Hook
Purse Handles

Gauge: Not required

DIRECTIONS:

Cast on 18 stitches.
Row 1: Knit
Row 2: K 1, P 16, K1
Rows 3 & 4: Repeat rows 1 and 2
Row 5: K 5, Cable 8 back (place 4 stitches onto cable hook and place in back of knitting. Knit next four stitches from needle. Knit the four stitches from cable hook), K 5
Row 6: K 1, P 16, K 1
Rows 7-10: Repeat rows 1 and 2 twice more.

Bind off all stitches. Fold knitting in half and sew up side seams.

To attach purse handles, use a crochet slip stitch.
